Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7–10 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Packaging

         All crystals are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit.

Delays & Carrier Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item.
