RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Due to the natural and energetic nature of crystals, used or energetically charged items are non-returnable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Damaged items due to improper handling after delivery

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
